The Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz, was pleased to invite economists and sociologists to participate in the international conference "Economy and Society". The Conference was an integral part of the celebrations of the 50th Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology.
The Conference had been designed as broad academic forum for exchange of experiences and concepts for solving contemporary economic and social dilemmas. The Conference focused on enhancing the development of economic and sociological ideas in Poland.

An abstract of maximum 2000 characters should be submitted via the on-line registration form. Abstract authors are requested to specify the name of the pertinent session. Abstracts will be compiled into a book and distributed during the conference.
Oral presentation instructions
The multimedia presentations should be prepared in PPT or PDF format. Speakers are allowed 20 minutes for the presentations, including discussion. Presentations have to be uploaded at the registration desk at least one break before the start of the session. Participants should turn up at the registration desk and check their presentations on time in order to avoid programme delays.
The recommended accommodation is the Training and Conference Centre University of Lodz, 16/18 Kopcińskiego St., 90-232 Lodz. Participants intending to use the services of the Training and Conference Centre University of Lodz should indicate it in the on-line registration form.
